Distance Tests and Placement Testing
No appointment is necessary to take a distance education test or the UAS placement tests. However, you should be sure to allow yourself enough time to finish the test(s) before we close for the day. Generally, you need to allow 2-3 hours for the placement tests.
Need to take a placement test outside of Juneau? You need to find a local proctor first. Click here for a proctor agreement form ( PDF | 17Kb) to get the process started. You'll need to find someone affiliated with an educational institution such as a guidance counselor, librarian, teacher, or other education professional. This person cannot be closely related to you by blood or by close friendship.
