Transfer Students

Transfer students need to have all of their previous college coursework evaluated in the form of transcripts. Contact all prior colleges and universities attended, and request that transcripts are sent to the University of Alaska Southeast's Records & Registration department.

Depending on the number of credits transferred in, and depending on the degree program sought, students may get general advising at The Student Resource Center, or with a specific faculty advisor in a specific department.

Students should check their acceptance letters for information on which advisor they have been assigned. If a student is unsure as to who his or her advisor may be, contact the Student Resource Center at 877.465.4827 or 907.796.6000.
