Associate Degrees

The Associate of Arts degree (A.A.) provides students with a broad academic education. It is designed to be a transfer degree to baccalaureate degree programs. Students intending to transfer to a baccalaureate program should check the requirements for that program as some special general education and lower-division courses are required.

Minimum credit requirements: 60 semester credits
Special credit requirements: 20 semester credits must be at the 200 level or higher
General Education requirements: 34 semester credits
Resident credit requirements: 15 semester credits The Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) is a two-year degree awarded in a specific career or occupational field of expertise. See individual program requirements by selecting the program below.
