Occupational Endorsements
Occupational endorsements are designed to give students occupational training in a specific field. These endorsements are under 30 credit hours and will be posted to a student's transcripts upon completion as approved by the academic department. The credit hours may be applied (where applicable) to degree programs. Please visit the Occupational Endorsements site for a listing of endorsements and requirements.
Occupational Endorsement Admission Requirements
Students may request an application for admission from the Admissions & Records Office at (907) 796-6100, print the Admissions Application (PDF | 270KB), or apply online. Students applying to either the Juneau or Sitka campus should send all materials to UAS-Juneau for processing. Students applying to the Ketchikan campus should forward all application materials to UAS-Ketchikan.
Application requirements:
- A completed and signed Application for Admission
- $40 non-refundable application fee
- High School transcripts, GED or pass Ability to Benefit Test
