You are a Transfer Student if:
- You have graduated from high school or have your GED, AND
- You are currently attending or have previously attended a college or university
Transfer Credits
After you have been admitted and we have received all your transcripts, an official transfer evaluation will be done.
How to Apply:
Undergraduate Admission:
a. Choose a program

b. Apply for Admissions
- Pay the Application Fee:
$40 Certificate and Associate;
$50 Bachelor
c. Submit Official Transcripts:
- Partial and Final High School transcript, GED,
or pass Ability to Benefit Test
- Final College and University transcripts from all previous institutions.
- Submit official ACT or SAT scores
Undergraduate Admission Requirements
Some programs require additional documents for admission and have different submission deadlines, please make a note when researching your program.
a. Bachelor Degrees
To qualify for admission to baccalaureate programs, a student must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Graduation from high school with a GPA of at least 2.50 and completion of either the SAT or ACT; or
- Graduation from high school with a GPA of 2.00-2.49 and an SAT score of 1290 (or higher) or an ACT score of 18 (or higher); or
- Successful completion of the GED, and completion of either the SAT or ACT; or
- Completion of at least 30 college level semester credits with a GPA of at least 2.00 and a high school diploma or GED; or
- Completion of at least 60 college-level semester credits with a GPA of at least 2.00
b. Associate or Certificate Degrees
To qualify for admission to certificate or associate programs, a student must satisfy one of the following:
- Graduation from high school with GPA of at least 2.00; or
- Successful completion of the GED; or
- Completion of at least 30 college level semester credits with at least a 2.00; or
- Be 18 years of age or older and have completed UAS's Ability to Benefit Test.
