UAS Alumni & Friends Board of Directors
MISSION STATEMENT
UASAA is an open membership organization whose purpose is to serve as a vital connection between the alumni and the university. The UASAA communicates and advocates the goals and programs of UAS, and fosters a continuous sense of community by establishing relationships and networking among alumni.
Eve Dillingham
One of Eve Dillingham's fondest memories of UAS was swimming in Auke Lake on a warm summer afternoon with other students in the Master of Arts in Teaching program.
"I received two Master's degrees in education (M.Ed. and M.A.T.) at UAS," said Dillingham, currently an assistant professor of Computer Information and Office Systems at UAS.
While attending UAS, she served as the graduate member of both student government as well as the curriculum committee.
"I met and worked with administrators, faculty and undergraduate students," Dillingham said. "My comfort level in teaching and knowledge of the campus contributed greatly to my position as a teacher at UAS."
Dillingham urges UAS graduates to become lifelong learners and continue to expand their perspectives.
