Spinulogammarus subcarinatus, or the Spiny Beach Flea, is a small amphipod found in the mid intertidal zone from British Columbia to the eastern Bering Sea. The Spiny Beach Flea is dark gray and can measure up to 30mm in length. This species can withstand a great range of salinity.
