January 1 - June 30, 2010 Statewide Training Calendar

Dates listed are tentative! If interested in a particular course, you must call the contact listed to confirm the date and location or to reserve a place on the course roster. Training classes may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor.

Provisional Certification Eligibility
To be eligible for Provisional certification, you must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Additionally, Provisional certification requires that you have at least three FULL TIME months of operations experience OR completion of an approved training course. Shaded entries are general introductory courses that "qualify" the participant for a Provisional exam (exams are offered at the discretion of the instructor).

Provisional certification can be upgraded to Level 1 certification without further testing once operators meet the experience/education requirements for Level 1. It's the operator's responsibility to apply for an upgrade. Applications for upgrade of Provisional certificates to Level 1 will be reviewed four times per year. For more information visit the ADEC web site.

The application for operator certification has been revised. Only the revised application will be accepted.

Updates and additions are made to the web calendar below and are green.
