This course is USCG approved. Students receive training in lookout duties, helm commands and duties of a mariner on a navigational watch. This course meets STCW 95 & USCG requirements for lookout duties only. Students will still need to complete STCW check-offs in our ship simulator lab in Ketchikan or aboard ship for helm commands and other requirements.
