This class involves both classroom and practical "hands-on" training with a fast rescue boat. Good raingear and boots are required, mustang suits are strongly suggested. The University does not provide this gear!
Students can expect to get in the water and may bring their own immersion suits to class or use the University provided immersion suits. This USCG certified course complies with STCW requirements.
