The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (“APFC”) is the largest sovereign wealth fund in the United States, with over $56 billion of assets under management.
The intern job duties involve a variety of tasks and will provide the intern with an introduction to the basic principles of investment accounting. Work will involve performing hands-on accounting for a variety of investment asset classes including fixed income debt securities, publicly traded stock, and alternative investments including wholly and partially owned real estate.
Duration: 12-13 weeks with flexible start and end dates
Pay: 18.63 per hour
One Round-trip fare to Juneau will be reimbursed. Housing is not provided. Interns may arrange for housing through the University of Alaska Southeast if desired.
