This position supports and reports to the Sales and Service Manager and the Lead Tour Rep out of our downtown office. Downtown admin assists with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to) checking ship counts, replying to ADA requests, providing information about meals and dietary restrictions, filing settlements, inventorying supplies and answering phones. You will also be expected to regularly serve as a tour representative and will be scheduled daily to assist on the pier (outside). Occasionally, you will assist the Downtown Accountant in processing settlements or doing money bag pick-ups/drop-offs. Full time only, May-September. Other duties as assigned. This is a shore-based position.
