The US Coast Guard Reserve is now taking applications for LOCAL PART TIME, Boatswains Mate (BM), Maritime Enforcement Specialist (ME), Storekeeper (SK) and Information System Technician (IT) in Juneau.

DO NOT NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE- WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.

Commitment: 1 weekend per month and 2 weeks per year (This is NOT full time). This is flexible around your schedule and can be modified.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 15 college credits
• Ages 17-40
• Must meet CG Weight Standards
• No Felonies
• Must meet CG tattoo standards
• Must be able to pass CG physical training requirements
• Cannot have filed Bankruptcy within the last 10 years
• Must pass credit check- can have debt but cannot have anything actively in collections
• No pending court cases 
• Must pass DHS Background Check
• Must be able to pass written military entrance exam and military physical (doctor's physical)
