Full-time position provides accounting support to SERRC and business service clients. Taking initiative, proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load are essential qualifications for this position.
Job Qualifications – HS Diploma or equivalent, college level accounting coursework preferred, knowledge of office technology, Microsoft Office software experience, organized, demonstrated oral and written communication skills, accounting software experience preferred but not required.
Duties/Responsibilities – maintain personnel and accounts payable files, prepare employee and consultant contracts, receive online applications and process as necessary, conduct reference checks, process vendor invoices, reconcile and post monthly credit card statement, prepare and deliver bank deposits, prepare quarterly sales tax reports, other duties as assigned.
