Strategies 360 is looking to hire a smart, energetic, detail-oriented self-starter as the new Communications Assistant in its Anchorage office. This role will manage office operations, as well as assist with written and verbal communications work.

Role Responsibilities

. Serve as the face of our organization when answering main phone line and greeting clients
. Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents and presentations in coordination with coworkers
. Track and manage incoming invoices, contracts, expense reports
. Coordinate details for meetings, maintain conference room and schedules
. Manage the office, including organizing and ordering supplies
. Provide account support as needed

Who We’re Looking for

. Entry level candidate
. Resourceful and has an aptitude for solving problems with little assistance
. Independent and proactive, excited about communications and public relations
. Detail oriented, well-organized
. Excellent verbal and written communicator
. Strong editing and proofreading skills
. Positive attitude

High proficiency in Microsoft suite, emphasis on Excel

Extra Points

. Experience in communications, politics, social media public relations, marketing, or related field
. Customer service experience
