Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative:

As a Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative you will work at the TEMSCO base and are
responsible for maintaining tour flow and safety for all helicopter tours. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet passengers as they arrive at base
- Clearly present FAA required safety information
- Prepare guests for their tour; including answering guests’ questions and providing glacier boots
- Assist passengers loading and unloading from helicopters
To be a successful TEMSCO Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative applicants should be:
- Able to take direction
- Customer service focused

All-Purpose:
As an All-Purpose employee you will work in various positions depending on scheduling needs. This may
include working as a Tour Attendant, Expeditor, Front Desk Agent, and Glacier Guide Assistant (must have
current CPR/Basic First Aid cards to qualify for glacier work).
- Greet and assist cruise ship guests in a professional and engaging manner
- Assist passengers loading and unloading from helicopters at base and on the glacier
- Safely transport guests to and from the downtown area, and follow all laws and company driving
rules
- Provide excellent customer service over phone and email

Dock Representative:
As a Dock Representative you will work on the docks downtown as a coordinator between ship sales staff
and TEMSCO base. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist cruise ship guests in a professional and engaging manner
- Maintain strict timelines for tour operations
- Facilitate collection of cruise ship guests and all necessary guest information
- Effectively communicate with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy
and seat capacity
- Organize and complete daily paperwork fully and accurately

To be a successful TEMSCO Dock Representative applicants should be:
- Organized
- A clear communicator
- Customer service oriented
- A proactive problem solver
- Able to work independently

Front Desk:
As a TEMSCO Front Desk Agent you will handle tour bookings from initial inquiries to completion via phone
and email and assist in day to day base operations with independent bookings. Responsibilities include but
are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service over phone and email
- Answer potential guests’ questions and availability inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately keep track of independent bookings; including direct bookings and bookings through
travel agencies and vendors
- Create and maintain daily paperwork: which includes checking guests in, collecting payment, and
providing the dispatch team with accurate end of day guest totals
- Assist drivers in creating and maintaining their daily driving schedule
To be a successful TEMSCO Front Desk Agent applicants should be:
- Organized
- Detail focused
- Customer service oriented
- Able to take direction

Dispatch Team:
As a member of the Dispatch Team you will work at the TEMSCO base and be a coordinator of
communication between all sites of operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clearly and accurately communicate via radio for flight following
- Monitor satellite-based flight tracking
- Manifest multiple aircraft based on weight and balance
- Data entry and precise record keeping
- Be the base contact for staff on the glacier and the pier communicating tour timelines and
transportation
To be a successful member of the TEMSCO Dispatch Team applicants should be:
- Able to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Able to effectively manage time

Glacier Guide:
As a Glacier Guide you will work with the Lead Glacier Guide to give tours and ensure tour flow and safe
activity on the glacier. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist passengers loading and unloading from helicopters on the glacier
- Give an engaging and factual tour (training will be given)
- Maintain the safety of guests while on the glacier
To be a successful TEMSCO Glacier Guide applicants should be:
- Able to work independently
- CPR and/or First Aid certified (or in the process of obtaining them)
- A passionate outdoors person and ready to spend the entire day outside

Expeditor:
As an Expeditor you will be transport passengers to and from the heliport. Responsibilities include but are
not limited to:
- Greet and assist independently booked guests in a professional and engaging manner
- Facilitate the timely collection of independently booked guests and all necessary guest information
- Safely transport guests to and from the downtown area, and follow all laws and company driving
rules
- Maintain a strict schedule to ensure prompt guest pick-ups and drop-offs
- Clean and fuel expeditor vehicles
To be a successful TEMSCO Expeditor applicants should be:
- A safe driver with a clean driving record
- Familiar with the Juneau area
- Able to work independently
- Able to manage time well
