Internship Opportunities for UAS Students

Below is a list of internship opportunities along with a brief description of the types of positions each organization offers. Alaska-based internships are listed first, followed by national and international opportunities. It is important to note that application deadlines vary with each organization. When linking to an organization's website, if you are not immediately taken to its internship information page, check the site's menu for the link, or type “internships” into the site’s search option. If you have any questions or need further assistance, contact Career Services at 907-796-6368.

To coordinate an internship for academic credit you will need to visit with a faculty advisor from your department, as each department has its own specific qualification requirements. For more general information, you are encouraged to review the UAS internship guidelines and policies (PDF | 264Kb).

If you are studying Marine Biology, Biology or another natural science, please visit our Biology Internships and Opportunities page for discipline-specific possibilities!
