The copy, cut, and paste buttons don't work. Is there a workaround?^
This is not an issue so much with the CMS as it is with some browsers. To enable this follow the steps provided by your browser or the workarounds are:
If they are not working in your browser, use the keyboard shortcuts for the PC:
- copy: 'control-c'
- cut: 'control-x'
- paste: 'control-v'
If they are not working in your browser, use the keyboard shortcuts for the Mac:
- copy: 'Apple-c'
- cut: 'Apple-x'
- paste: 'Apple-v'

In the main menu some of the folders and pages are not showing up. The folders and files are still in CMS but for some reason they are not appearing on the page. What happened?^
We upgrade the CMS as they become available from Hannon Hill. At times it appears that these updates have rearranged folder order as well as deselecting folder to appear in navigation. If you see these behaviors you can reset the folder order and select "appear in navigation" for those folders/files by selecting edit and making your selection in the Inline Metadata section at the top of the page. See illustration.

When creating a link or brining in an internal photo I get an error. Is there a workaround?^
This appears to be fixed in the latest update. If it resurfaces please be sure to let us know!
The version of our CMS recently installed introduced a bug. Although annoying, there is an easy work-around.
When selecting an asset, whether it be creating a link or bringing in an internal image, be sure to navigate and make your selection using the left-side navigation in the browse dialog box. If you navigate using the main window or make your selection using the main window you will receive an error message.
Hannon Hill is aware of the bug and has been reported by other users. The fix should be available in the next release...
