Help Desk

The Juneau campus provides a computer help desk to assist you with technical difficulties while enrolled in a distance course. They can also be reached toll-free at 1-877-465-6400. You will also find information about gaining access to your university e-mail account by visiting the Computing Help Desk Website.

The Egan Library

As part of its mission, the Egan Library develops, maintains, and provides access to quality collections in support of UAS student achievement, faculty scholarship, and academic programs. This is inclusive of distance student achievement and academic programs offered at a distance.

The Learning/Testing Center

The UAS Learning and Testing Center offers a variety of resources to support students enrolled in distance education courses. Through the Learning Center's Web site students can receive assistance with writing and math assignments. The center also proctors distance exams for students who are enrolled in courses from other UA or non-UA campuses. Visit the UAS Learning and Testing Center Web site for more information.

Every course at the University of Alaska Southeast has a class Web site at UASOnline! you need to access and bookmark. After registering for courses, please visit your class Web site to see if the instructor has posted pertinent information. Once at UASOnline! just follow the directions to find your class Web site.
