If you have not had an opportunity to introduce yourself to Rebecca Mathews, I thought you might like to know a bit more about the voice on the other end of the line or the person sending you emails. We are so fortunate to have Rebecca as our administrative assistant. She is the one who helps you with your admission applications, organizes and maintains our student records, and problem solves a myriad of questions that you and I ask each week.
Rebecca joined the University of Alaska Southeast team in
November 2008. She is Program Assistant for both the M.Ed in Educational Technology and the M.Ed in Reading Programs. Rebecca is relatively new to
Alaska as she moved from Arizona in June 2008. "I love being in Alaska
and am constantly amazed at the beauty in my surroundings and how
wonderful the people are that I come into contact with." Please feel
free to contact her at anytime with administrative questions, help with
registration, etc.
