National Student Exchange Program

The National Student Exchange (NSE) is an association of colleges and universities that have joined together to provide exchange opportunities for their students. College and university students from one NSE member campus can apply for exchange to another NSE member campus for a semester or a year. Students are encouraged to inquire, research and apply in the fall in order to be included in the spring priority placement process. Visit the NSE Website.

International Student Exchange Program

The International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) is a membership organization of nearly 220 higher education institutions in the United States and 35 other countries that are committed to international exchange and study abroad. ISEP serves its member institutions and their students by facilitating affordable university-level exchanges on a reciprocal basis. ISEP is committed to international educational exchange as an integral component of higher education, accessible to all students regardless of social and economic background. Priority registration for exchanges occurs in January.ISEP also offers a study abroad option called ISEP-Direct. ISEP-Direct opens doors to the more competitive (exchange) locations and adds English speaking countries to the list of country placement possibilities. These ISEP opportunities cover the globe! AHA International - Northwest Council on Study Abroad

Northwest Council on Study Abroad (NCSA) is a consortium of 12 universities in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. In cooperation with AHA International, NCSA offers a variety of study abroad opportunities for students, as well as opportunities for faculty to teach. This is a semester based program that can be extended to a full year, if requested. NCSA offers a superb orientation program and support system while in country. Foreign language study opportunities exist at all levels as well as English speaking based programs. Programs are available in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Chile, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, and Spain. Visit the NCSA Website.

AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn

AustraLearn provides students with study abroad opportunities in Australia and New Zealand at one of 26 major universities. High quality internships, and complete scholarship and financial aid assistance available.

AsiaLearn offers students the unique opportunity to study in  mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.  Language proficiency is not a requirement; a wide range of courses are taught in English. However, cultural integration in the student's country of choice, including language, is highly encouraged.

EuroLearn gives students the option to study abroad in Europe's 12 leading universities within seven countries: Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands and Italy. Students learn about their host country's culture, language and history while diving into advanced research projects.  Within EuroLearn, the EuroScholar program is geared toward students who wish to have an advanced international research experience. In this specialty program, students work independently on one academic subject under supervision of an academic scholar.

Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) - Butler University

The Institute for Study Abroad, Butler University (IFSA-Butler) offers quality overseas study abroad opportunities in addition to personal and academic support services.  These support services are provided at the time of application until the student returns home. IFSA-Butler operates in 14 countries: Argentina, Australia, Chile, Costa Rica, England, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Peru, the Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Spain, and Wales.
