Deborah Barnett, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of biology. She was doing reproductive research at the University of Wisconsin in Madison prior to moving to Sitka. She has taught chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology at the Juneau campus. Her research interests include physiology, cell biology and biochemistry. Barnett takes a hands-on, personal approach to working with her students.
