Biography: Daniel B. Lord comes to UAS with a practitioner and program management background. He worked for many years as a clinical and counseling psychologist, on Guam and in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and as a child clinical psychologist, childcare administrator and family support officer with the U.S. Army in Korea. He maintains licensure as a clinical psychologist on Guam. More recently, he worked as a mental health and substance abuse program manager with Alaska Medicaid, and an Assistant Professor of Counseling at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
