Biography: Ms. Stillner is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy-University of Detroit, a Master of Science degree in Child Psychiatric Nursing from Boston University and a certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from University of Kentucky. She has Public Health nursing experience in both rural and inner-city urban areas including Detroit and Oakland. She has provided counseling to school - aged children and training to Mental Health Aides in rural Alaska. She has worked as a nurse practitioner with youth involved in the Kentucky Department of Corrections. Before teaching at UAS, Ms. Stillner taught psychology at Kuskokwim Community College in Bethel Alaksa and was an adjunct nursing faculty member at Midway College in Midway, Kentucky. Ms. Stillner teaches in Health Sciences and provides Certified Nurse Aide training for UAS. She has also previously served as a clinical nursing instructor for Weber State University.
