The easiest way to make your Breeze presentations accessible to students is to place a link in the Resources section of a UAS Online course site. The link can be copied from the content page from the Breeze Server. To do this log onto the Breeze server at the following URL:
Click on Content in the navigation bar to open your content folder. Click on the name of the presentation you would like to link to UASOnline. The information page for the presentation will open which will be similar to the one below. Copy the URL by selecting it and then pressing Ctrl-C on the keyboard.
Creating a link to a UAS Online Resource
Login to UAS Online and go to the course homesite for which the presentation was created.
Click on the Instructor's Tools link at the top of the page.
Click on the Resources Tab. In section 2.(see figure below) click on the Create New Link Button.
Enter the link in the text box labeled URL by either typing it in or by copying and pasting it from the email confirmation. In the title box enter a title for the link as you would like it to appear in the Resources section. To save the link click on Save Link button.
The link should now appear in Current Links portion in Section 2 of the Resources tools as shown below.
To remove a link, click on the check box next to the link in the Remove column and click on the Save Changes button.
When you return to the course homesite you will see the link in the resource section as shown.
