TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT

Termination of appointment shall be done under consideration of all circumstances and conditions of appointment and shall be conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the collective bargaining unit. Employment of term faculty and tenured and tenure-track faculty may be discontinued although the procedures and considerations in each case may be different.
