Grants are awards which do not need to be repaid as long as the student meets the academic progress requirements of the granting agency. These include:

• The Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG)
• AlaskAdvantage Education Grant 
• Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA)
• Federal Pell Grant (FPG)
• The National Science Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (SMART)
• Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
