Financial Aid Update Form

A change in status can affect your costs of attendance, eligibility for funding, loan repayment, or simply whether our communications reach you. Inform the Financial Aid Office of a change in status by checking all that apply. Items proceeding an asterisk are required. You will be notified via phone to verify the changes.

Contact Information

We will send our correspondence to prospective students at the email address listed on the FAFSA. If you are a continuing student, we will use your student account. If you prefer to use a different address, please indicate the address below.

Note: if you are an employee of the university, you will also need to contact Personnel.
