What type of appeal do you need?

Academic Appeal - You must submit an "Appeal for Reinstatement of Financial Aid".

You may also be required to speak with an academic advisor at the Student Resource Center and complete an "Academic Success Review Form" 

150% Appeal - You are not required to speak with an academic advisor, but you are required to request that the Records Office complete and submit a degree audit to the Financial Aid Office. 

Your appeal will be reviewed by the Appeals Committee

You will be notified via email about the decision made.
