  • having completing requirements from the prior term for which you were funded, or
  • by attending a semester while paying for the university costs yourself.

I attended during a term at the same credit load for which I was last funded, completed my courses with a cumulative 2.0 GPA or better, and paid for these courses without financial aid.

I completed the course(s) for which I had received an "Incomplete" grade during a prior academic term. I have now completed the required number of credits with a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point average.
