| Requirements: | Recipient must be either a full-time or a part-time program student at the Ketchikan Campus of the University of Alaska Southeast for the semester the award is given. Preference is given to students who have completed at least one semester of college level writing classes with an average grade of B or above and who intend to continue to take English courses. Recipient must have exhibited exceptional skill and interest in writing. |
