Accepting your Financial Aid awards - Step by Step
Follow each step carefully. This process is necessary for your funds to be disbursed.

Click on 'Student Services, Financial Aid & Account Information'

Click on 'Financial Aid'
|

Step 4

Click on 'My Award Information'
|
|
Step 5
|
Click on 'Award by Aid Year' and select current Aid Year
|

Step 6

Click on 'Accept Award Offer by Aid Year'
|

Step 7
|
On this page you have some decisions to make:
- Accept all of your aid by clicking Accept Full Amounts All Awards.
- Make individual award decisions using the drop down box next to each award.
- Click the Submit button to finish.

Step 8
|
After you accept your aid:
Monitor your Account Charges through UAOnline to see when your financial aid has been disbursed, and whether you still have any charges left to pay.

Note:
- Awards are paid in two disbursements, once in Fall semester, and once in Spring semester.
- Summer 2008 tuition is part of the prior award year, if you are planning on attending summer courses notify the financial aid office so your awards can be adjusted.
