Lender List
The following is a list of lenders who have been used by at least two UAS students within the last three academic years. This list is provided for informational purposes and does not represent an endorsement of any particular lender by the University.
You don't have to select a lender from this list. However, if you would like to use another lender for your loans, please contact the Financial Aid Office. We strongly encourage you to continue to use the same lender you have borrowed from in the past.
Select a lender and complete an Application/Master Promissory Note (MPN) for each Loan Program. Note: a promissory note is good for 10 years, so you don't have to do one next year, unless you choose to change lenders or loan program.
IMPORTANT LENDER CHANGES
Several Student Loan Lenders have announced that they are leaving the federal loan program and a couple have started sending out letters to notify students. If this is the case with your lender, you will need to choose a new lender for the 2009-2010 Award Year and do a new Master Promissory Note for your federal loans. Also, please contact the Financial Aid Office and let us know you have changed your lender.
