Are you interested in joining Student Government? Student Government is a great opportunity to build leadership and advocacy skills, network with University administration and faculty, and state legislators, and build resume enhancing skills that you can use for the rest of your life! Student Government representatives are responsible for representing their fellow students, and act as a direct communication line between students and administration.
There are three open senator seats for the 2016-2017 election term. Schedule is as follows:
- September 9th, 5:00pm: Mandatory Candidate Preparation Meeting. Completed packets must be submitted by this time to be included in the ballot.
- September 12th - 16th: Campaign Week
- September 19th - 21st: Voting Open
- September 22nd: Results posted online by noon.
