PCA to CNA Bridge Course
Trains Personal Care Assistants to become CNAs. Builds on basic skills and experience. Classroom, lab and clinical experience provide needed hours for the Alaska Certified Nurse Aides certification exam. Minimum 75 hours of classroom, lab and clinical practice. Pre-requisites: Completion of UAS Personal Care Attendant Training; Current TB test; Instructor permission. Offered on site in Juneau and by distance delivery from Sitka.
