Breeze

Breeze uses a plug-in that that is integrated into Powerpoint on your computer. The Breeze plug-in will allow you to add audio to your presentation and then publish it to a file. Once the file(s) have been created, they can be uploaded to the UAS Online system (including ePortfolio).

Faculty

Instructors can also publish content to the Breeze server after working with IT Services to get a Breeze account. Once published, the server will email you the server link. The link can then be placed under Resources in UAS Online for your students. They will be able to view it through a browser with a Flash plug-in.

Creating Accounts

To create an account for uploading presentations to the Breeze server, please send a request to the Helpdesk via email.  Accounts are then manually created, and often are configured with the default login as firstname.lastname@uas.alaska.edu with the password as UAS+Last_4_of_UAID_Number (uas6789).
