Single Apartment Housing
Single students with class status of Sophmore or higher, must be enrolled in at least 12 credits per semester during the academic year, and have and maintain a GPA of 2.0. During the summer semester, students must either be enrolled for summer classes or enrolled the past spring and upcoming fall.
If a students is not enrolled in at least 12 credits or falls below the required GPA, they may write a letter of appeal as stated in the Housing Agreement.
Family Housing
Applications for family housing must also include a Family Housing Form that can be found on the Documents Needed page.
Residence Hall
This residence hall is reserved for traditional aged first time freshman. To be eligible for the Banfield Residence Hall, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credits per semester during the academic year, and have and maintain a GPA of 2.0. During the summer semester, students must either be enrolled for summer classes or enrolled the past spring and upcoming fall. Banfield residents reside in the single apartments during the summer semester.If a students is not enrolled in at least 12 credits or falls below the required GPA, they may write a letter of appeal as stated in the Housing Agreement.
