UAS Lodge

The Lodge, located in the heart of campus housing, was designed with the needs of students and conference guests in mind. The front desk is open from 8 AM until 8 PM seven days a week. The Community Advisors (CAs ) attending the front desk offer copy/fax services, mail and package pick-up, and assistance with reservations, keys, or payments. Additionally, check-out for recreational equipment such as pool sticks, air hockey paddles, and board games are available at the Lodge Desk.

When the Lodge is closed, card key access allows guests the use of the facility after hours until midnight. Youths under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. After hours, CAs carry cell phones, offering guests 24 hour onsite service to offer assistance with significant issues such as lock-out, disturbances, emergencies, or urgent needs.

Recreation Center

Daily or weekly Rec Center passes may be purchased by conference guests to utilize this attractive facility. The Recreation Center is connected to the Student Housing complex by a short, paved path through the woods.

Dining Services

On campus dining is made available for your convenience. Breakfast and lunch are served Monday through Friday in the Mourant Cafe on the main campus; catering menus are also available for group meals. Contact UAS Dining Services to inquire about group rates and menus.
