Rental Policies

• Report lost keys promptly for guest safety. Replacement fees: Keys ($170)/ Swipecards ($10)
• There is no maid or room service. Linen exchange service is provided at the Lodge every Tuesday from 9AM to 8PM. Additional towels and blankets can be requested anytime from the Lodge.
• Pets are prohibited in guest or student residences. Only Addie, the Lodge dog is permitted inside the Lodge.
• Possession or use of weapons is prohibited. Hunting knives and guns (over 5 inches in length) must be checked in with the Residence Life Manager for storage.
• The posession, use, or sale of marijuana or any other illegal substance on UAS' campus is prohibited, and violators will be reported to local law enforcement officials. Only guests over the age of 21 may consume alcohol, and it must be in the privacy of your room or apartment. Alcohol may not be opened or consumed in public areas, halls, lobbies, the Lodge, or outdoors.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors, and cigarette butts should be properly disposed of.
• Once you have checked in and paid for your room there will be no refund greater that 50% of the paid unused nights. All refund requests must be made in writing.
• Check-out time is 11 AM on your scheduled departure date; your room must be vacated by that time and your key must be returned to the Lodge Desk or the Lodge drop box. Failure to check-out by 11 AM may result in an additional night's charge.
• Requests for an extended stay will be granted only as space permits and are to be addressed to the Conferencing Guest Services Coordinator no less than 4 days prior to scheduled departure.
• 24-hour courtesy hours are in effect for the UAS community, and reasonable quiet hours will be enforced after 10 PM.
• Violation of any of the community guidelines or any state or federal law may result in the intervention of the university staff and possible termination of your conference/guest agreement and consequential removal from the UAS premises without a refund
