| IT Services Checkout
Policy
IT Services checks out a wide variety of equipment to students,
staff, and faculty, in support of the UAS academic mission. We
work to insure that the equipment will be available and function
reliably, and will provide guidance in its use.
- At the first checkout the contact information will be collected.
A picture ID and a active username is required.
- The length of time for equipment checkout will be set at the
time of checkout. Equipment returned late may result in loss of
checkout privileges.
- We expect the equipment to be used responsibly. If the equipment
is lost or damaged please contact IT Services immediately.
- Equipment should be returned to IT Services in the Academic
Computer Lab.
- If equipment can’t be returned on time, please contact
IT Services at 796-6521.
- If equipment is not returned, you will be charged for the full
replacement cost. Faculty and staff will have their departments
charged.
