| Computer Lab Resources
Computer Accounts: Every student enrolled in
one or more credits automatically receives a computer account
on the UAS network. Each student can log on to:
Passwords
are synchronized so if you change the password on one, it will be
reflected in the others.
E-mail: All students get a university email account
with 25 MB of space. Email is useful for communicating with instructors
and fellow students. If you already have an email account and
don’t
want to use your university account, log in to your university
account and forward
your emails
to the account of your choice.
Multimedia Equipment: IT Services loans out a variety
of equipment to the university
community. Our checkout policy
only requires a valid user id to check out most equipment. Note:
faculty must checkout data projectors for their students.
Streaming Video: The computer lab is equipmented
with a streaming media encoder.
Software: the software,
on all the Academic Computing maintained computers, is the same.
These locations are the computer labs, the Whitehead building classrooms
102 and 210 classroom, and all mobile classrooms. For a complete
