Adding Subpages to a Portfolio
Subpages are separate web pages within your portfolio. By default, your personal portfolio contains a Courses subpage that contains subpages for each semester you were enrolled at UAS. Each term then has a subpage for each course you were enrolled in during that semester.
You can use subpages to organize course or personal materials. An instructor may require you to have a separate subpage for each item they want you to post for review. When you add a subpage it will appear as a link under the title of the page for which the subpage was created. If any coauthors are listed for the page they will also be able to add subpages to the portfolio.
To add a subpage
- Navigate to the page for which you wish to add a subpage.
- In the lower left hand corner of the page enter a name for the subpage into the text box next to the Add Subpage button. NOTE: The name of the subpage must be 15 characters or less.
- Click on the Add Subpages button to create the new subpage. A new page will open allowing you to enter a descriptive title for the page and enter information about the page as seen below

You may also change the color scheme for the page, if desired. When you have entered the information click on the Save button and the Content Settings window will open.
Deleting Subpages
- Click on the Manage Page link located in the upper right hand corner of the page you wish to delete. This opens the Content Settings options as shown below.

- Click on the Delete Page button located to the far right in the group of buttons above the content settings box. A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm the deletion. Click on OK to delete the page.
