Usernames Removed in Days!
The migration project has suffered some delays, but should now be back on track. Please plan that your old UAS computer account and any data on that account will be gone after March 31, 2008 April 14th! If you have not already done so, please address your UASHOME and Email accounts now.
UASHOME
The transition of UASHome documents is a manual process. Please follow the steps below to move your files from one account to another.
Email & Anti-Spam
IT Services has created Mail Mover to activate your new account and transfer all existing mail messages to the new account. It will also ensure that any mail sent to the old address will deliver to the new account. Afteward you will need to change your settings in any email client that you use, instuctions for Thunderbird & Netscape are provided in Mail Mover.
The Anti-Spam service is separate from the email server. Consequently, you will need to re-configure your custom settings for your new account.
