About UAS Audio Conferencing

For STUDENTS:
Telephone conferencing is frequently used for distance delivered classes. Dialing details for students should be noted in the Communication Tools section of UAS Online for each course.

For STAFF:

Audio conferencing is frequently used for university meetings. Conferencing service is contracted to Encounter Collaborative through a UA system-wide contract as of August '06. A staff or faculty member can procure a conference account which will be used for each conference he/she initiates. If you want to set up a conference account or for more information, please visit the UA OIT Helpdesk Audio Conferencing Site. From there, you can request a meeting account, visit the EC frequently asked questions page, or report problems.

Most academic programs routinely create conferences each semester and should be familiar with the process.
