The University of Alaska Southeast (UAS) recognizes that the use of personal computers on campus is essential to achieving success academically and professionally.
UAS provides open WIFI access, access to networked printers for authenticated UAS users, access to licensed software for current UAS students, and the all new Laptop Lounge. For more information about these resources and more, please read below.

Licensed Software
UAS provides access to licensed security software - Symantec Anti virus - for currently enrolled UAS students. Additionally, many free software tools are available via the downloads page.

The Laptop Lounge
It's new, it's cool, it's the Laptop Lounge. Whether you need a place to work on projects or homework - small groups or individually - the laptop lounge is place to be on the Juneau Campus. Adjoining the computer lab, the lounge provides a comfortable, safe, and IT friendly environment -- it even boasts a mirror ball!
