Academic Computing
The Academic Computer Lab is located at the Auke Lake campus in the Whitehead building room 208. The Computer Lab is a place for students to study using new technologies and is equipped with computers that have software necessary for most classes.
The Computer Lab is staffed with student assistants called Computer Consultants. The Computer Consultants promote effective use of technology by providing direct technical assistance to UAS students, faculty, and staff. Computer Consultants also answer questions, provide general guidance in the use of software programs, and maintain & support classrooms and computer lab resources.
Laptop Lounge
The laptop lounge is located in Whitehead building 209 at the Auke Lake campus. The laptop lounge allows students to work on group projects or for surfing the web. See pictures here!
