Egan Library Classrooms
There are three classrooms within the Egan Library. One is a television broadcast classroom the other two are audio and/or conference classrooms.
One classroom supports thirty-five people.
- EL 104 is a Broadcast classroom that supports an audience of thirty-five people. While this classroom is used to broadcast Academic Accomplishments, Student Achievements, and Public Service programming, it is also used for distance classes. Distance students can participate in class by using multimedia software, while Juneau students can participate in this unique delivery system by attending in the audience.
Two small classrooms support sixteen people.
- EL 210 is used primarily as an audio or conference classroom and does not include a multimedia cart.
- EL 211 is used primarily for meetings but does, on occasion, get used as an audio or conference room and does not include a multimedia cart.
