Wednesdays - 

Cardio core w/ Fran - studio 12:10 - 1 pm

Jan 18 - March 22

Zumba Core w/Pat - studio 12:10 - 1 pm

March 28 - May 2

 

Fridays - 

Indoor Cycling w/Fran -1/2 gym 12:10- 1pm

Yoga w/Carmen - studio 1:10 - 2:00 pm

Zumba w/Pat - studio  5:15 - 6:15 pm
