Welcome to the Tech Services help page. Although this site is pleasing to the eye, I know you didn't come to gaze at the pretty pictures, so here's the particulars:

Immediate Problems:

Please call 228-4532 or email Mike.Doyle@uas.alaska.edu for any immediate problems you may have. We are located in the Ziegler building in room 110. Don't hesitate to stop by in person if you are in the area. 

New Help Desk System:

I am happy to announce we have a new long-term or wish-list help desk system. Click the link below to browse to the system and enter your information as needed. Note that this link works in-house only, so you must input your tickets while on campus. This system is not for immediate problems, but long term projects or goals you would like to see happen or wish-list type queries. If we don't know you want it, we can't get it!

Smart Cart Reservation Calendar:

Below is the Smart Cart reservation calendar. If it's not on the calendar below, then it hasn't been officially reserved. The calendar can take up to an hour to update after it has been inputted into our system. If you would like to reserve a cart and have not done so, call Mike Doyle at 228-4532 or email him at mike.doyle@uas.alaska.edu.
