Borrowing Materials from Other Libraries

If you are a University of Alaska Southeast Ketchikan student, staff, or faculty member and need books, photocopies, or audiovisual materials that are not available on campus or at another Ketchikan library, the staff at the UAS Ketchikan Campus Library would be happy to borrow books and other materials for you from libraries outside Ketchikan.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a system of borrowing items from libraries other than member libraries of the First City Libraries consortium.

Please use the Library Catalog to verify whether or not a Ketchikan library already owns the items you are requesting.

Our Interlibrary Loan service also participates in the ILLNET Alaska Resource Sharing and Interlibrary Loan resource web site for Alaskan Interlibrary Loan offices. Please check it out!
